GigiZanti sells digital PDF sewing patterns and made to order swimwear. They work differently, so our returns and refunds policy is set out in one place, with a section for each.

In short. Digital patterns are delivered instantly, so they cannot be refunded once your download has been provided. Made to order swimwear can be returned within 14 days of arriving, provided the returns tag and hygiene strip are still attached.

If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will put it right. Nothing in our policy affects your legal rights.
