RETURNS AND REFUNDS

GigiZanti sells two different kinds of thing and they work differently. Please read the section that applies to your order.

DIGITAL PDF SEWING PATTERNS

All sewing patterns are digital PDF files. Nothing is posted to you.

Because the files are delivered straight away, refunds and cancellations are not available once your download has been provided.

If something goes wrong with the file itself, for example a corrupted file or a download that will not complete, contact us and we will send a replacement or fix the problem. If it cannot be sorted out within a reasonable time, we may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion.

Please read the product description and check the size range before you buy.

MADE TO ORDER SWIMWEAR

Every swimsuit is cut and sewn after you order, in the size and the fabric you chose. Nothing is made in advance and nothing is held in stock.

Each piece is sent with a returns tag attached and a hygiene strip in place.

Once the returns tag has been removed, the piece cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. This is for hygiene reasons and it applies to all swimwear. Please try your piece on over your own underwear and leave the returns tag and the hygiene strip exactly where they are until you are certain you are keeping it.

If you would like to return a piece, tell us within 14 days of it arriving, and send it back within 14 days of telling us. It must come back unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, with the returns tag and hygiene strip still attached.

Return postage is paid by you unless the piece is faulty or not as described.

Because each piece is made to your order, we cannot accept a return once the returns tag has been removed, even if you have simply changed your mind.

IF SOMETHING IS FAULTY OR NOT AS DESCRIBED

Nothing above affects your legal rights.

If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will put it right, whether that means a repair, a replacement or a refund. This applies to sewing patterns and to swimwear, and it applies whether or not the returns tag is still attached.

NOT SURE WHICH SIZE TO ORDER?

Ask before you order. Send your measurements through the contact page and we will tell you which size to choose. It is far easier to get this right the first time than to return a piece that has been made for you.
